Create a script that will run on startup
To create a script that will run on startup, open the Startup folder in your user directory. This folder is located at:
~/Library/LaunchAgents
To create a new script, right-click in the folder and select New File. Then, select Shell Script.
In the new script, enter the following code:
#!/bin/bash
# This script will print "Hello World" to the terminal echo "Hello World!"
Save the script and then double-click on it to run it. The script will print "Hello World" to the terminal.
To make the script run on startup, open the System Preferences application and click on the Users & Groups icon. Then, click on your user account and select the Login Items tab.
Click on the + button and select the script that you created. The script will now run on startup.
