He pursued advanced training in Laparoscopy and Endoscopy ( Minimal Invasive Surgery ) in gastro intestinal oncology at Ahmedabad and served as Associate Professor in Surgical Oncology at Gujarat University.

For further experience, Dr. Chheda acquired training in Robotic Surgery at ROSWELL PARK CANCER INSTITUTE, Buffalo, NY, USA.

Advanced fellowship training at NATIONAL CANCER CENTRE in Tokyo, Japan makes him a specialist in comprehensive G.I. Oncology.

Dr. Chheda’s expertise is in Breast and Colorectal Cancer, with special interest in breast conservation surgery and minimal invasive surgery for cancers of the esophagus and colorectal cancer.
