Dr Sanjeev Jain works at Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital as Full Time Orthopedic Joint Replacement & Sports Medicine Surgeon. He is an orthopaedic biological procedures specialist.

He completed his AO International fellowship in trauma and reconstruction surgery from Katharien Hospital Stuttgart and B G Trauma Centre Tubingen in Germany in 1994. He completed his Fellowship in Knee Reconstruction and Sports Medicine at Insall Scott Kelly Institute, Beth Israel Medical Centre New York, USA and Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction Joint Replacement at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, USA in 1999. Also, Fellowship in Arthritis and Joint Reconstruction at Ranawat Orthopaedic Research Foundation, Lenox Hill Hospital, New York, USA and Cartilage Transplantation Course – New York, USA in 2000.

He was a Consultant Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon at Bombay Hospital Medical Research Centre, Mumbai (March 2000 to August 2003), Breach Candy Hospital and Cumballa Hill Hospital Mumbai. He worked with Late Dr K T Dholakia, for 13 years in Bombay Hospital, Mumbai.

He is a pioneer in India for Computer Assisted Rotating Platform Flex Knee Replacement. He received recognition from the Late Mother Teresa for knee replacement surgery in 1995. His patient had the fastest recovery after total knee replacement, going home within 14 hours after operation in January 2010. He performed more than 2500 joint replacement surgeries. Specialist in Revision Joint Replacement surgeries.

Full time reviewer of JBJS (B) – Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery, London, and Editor of JBJS (B) Indian Edition. He is an invited faculty in various International and National conferences and seminars. Many International and National publications. Performed many Live Surgeries in India and Internationally (Computer assisted knee replacement, Conventional Knee Replacement, Hip Replacement and Hip Resurfacing).
