Dr. Prof. Surendran R is the Director of Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Centre for Surgery and Transplantation at MIOT International Hospitals, Manapakkam, Chennai. He has an experience of over 43 years in his chosen field.Dr. Prof. Surendran completed MBBS from Stanley Medical College & Hospital, Chennai in 1975; MS from Stanley Medical College & Hospital, Chennai in 1979; and MCh - Surgical Gastroenterology / G.I. Surgery from Madras Medical College in 1990. He is a member of the Association of Surgery of India, Indian Society of Gastroenterology, Indian Society of Oncology (ISO), Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology and Indian Society of International HBP Surgery.
