She was professor and HOD in the Institute of Neurology in the prestigious Madras Medical College (MMC) and Government General Hospital (GGH). After retirement, the doctor is associated with Apollo Main Hospital, Greams Road as a Senior Consultant in Neurology and practicing in her own clinics also.
