Senior Consultant Dr. Aseem R. Srivastava works at Artemis Hospital in Gurgaon in the paediatric cardiothoracic surgery department.

Dr. Srivastava received his MBBS from GSVM Medical College and his training in cardiothoracic surgery and general surgery, respectively, from GB Pant Hospital and King George Medical University.

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and The Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC provided him with his training in paediatric and neonatal cardiac surgery. After finishing his studies, he took a job at the East Carolina Heart Institute, where he worked for many years and got a lot of experience in robotic and minimal access cardiac surgery.

Dr. Srivastava has participated in some of the most prestigious paediatric cardiac surgery programmes in the USA. Dr. Srivastava is a fervent supporter of early corrective repair wherever it is practical and has extensive expertise doing reconstructive surgery on newborns and babies. Dr. Srivastava is an expert in minimally access Aortic valve and Mitral valve surgery. Dr. Srivastava has worked in most prominent programs of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery in USA. Dr. Srivastava has a vast experience in reconstructive operation (neonates and infants) and is a strong proponent of early corrective repair wherever possible.
