Nearly 32 years of extensive experience in the field of neuro intervention belong to Dr. Arun Kumar Gupta. He is particularly interested in minimally invasive non-vascular interventions, vascular & endovascular interventions, and interventional neuroradiology & neuroimaging. He has held positions at NIMHANS as both a professor and the head of the department of neuroimaging and interventional radiology. He was the Indian Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology's founding member and founding secretary. He has been published in about 215 national and international journals. Dr. Arun has also won a number of honours, including the ISNR Gold Medal in 2017 and the ISVIR National Oration in 2013 at Coimbatore.
