Since receiving his postgraduate degree in dentistry (MDS) from the renowned Government Dental College and Hospital in Amritsar in 2002, he has been involved in clinical practice and teaching periodontology. 2011, Dr. Blaggana became a Fellow of the esteemed International College of Dentists (FICD) in the United States.
