• Dr. Rahul Amunje Mally is a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Head of the Department of Neurology & Neurosurgery at NMC Specialty Hospital, Abu Dhabi. in India following which he was selected as a prestigious Sugita Scholar by Nagoya University, Japan.
• He underwent advanced training at Keio University in Tokyo in skull base surgery under the world renowned Dr. Takeshi Kawase.
• While here he also worked with and trained under Prof. Sano, who holds the record for the most number of aneurysm surgeries in the world as per the Guinness Book of Records.
• Dr. Rahul is an educational committee member of the Asian Congress of Neurological Surgery and is on the editorial boards of two international neurosurgery journals.
• He has presented papers at national and international conferences and also chaired a session at an international conference.
• He has contributed a Chapter to the Neurosurgery text book published by world federation of Neurological societies.
• He has conducted national and international workshops during his tenure at Sir J. J. Hospital.
• Dr. Rahul's expertise is in skull base surgeries, pituitary tumors, brain tumors and spine surgeries.
