Dr. Oosman Jasmine holds MBBS. from Kerala University, India, in 1978. He obtained his MS in General Surgery in 1994 from Mangalore University and FRCS from Glasgow University. With experience spanning over 30 years in general surgery, he worked as a Specialist General Surgeon in the charge Burns Unit at Mafraq Hospital and is currently at Lifecare Hospital.
