Our hospital upholds its industry-leading position with international quality certificates and engages in open communication with its patients while providing safe and effective patient care and treatment.

In order to deliver medical care to our patients at levels of quality and standards that are comparable to those found internationally, we employ "Continuous Quality Improvement Programs." We take pride in holding the Joint Commission International (JCI), ISO 9001: Quality Certificate, ISO 14001: Environmental Management System, and ISO 27001: Information Security Management System certificates for the first time among private hospitals in Turkey.

The American Hospital continues to hold the designation of "accredited hospital" and is subject to yearly inspections to preserve it thanks to the JCI Accreditation Certificate it got in 2002.
