Born in Dalaman in 1975. After graduating from Dalaman and Balikesir Secondary Schools, Balikesirspor Yurkali Anatolian High School and Izmir FEN High School, he entered the English Department of the Faculty of Medicine, Hacettepe University. After graduating here in 1999, in 2000 Isparta Suleiman he completed a residency in ophthalmology at the Demirel University School of Medicine. Since then, he has worked at the private Lokman Hekim Esnaf hospital in Fethiye. During and after his specialization, he attended courses and training in many well-known eye clinics in Turkey and abroad. He speaks English and German. He has contributed to national and international medical journals. He is a member of the European Association of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and the Turkish Society of Ophthalmology. He is married and has two children.
