Lara Ltaif is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist in the Allied Health Department at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) in Abu Dhabi with 13 years of experience in the field of psychology and psychotherapy.Ltaif has extensive experience working in various inpatient and outpatient facilities across Lebanon and Africa. Additionally, she previously worked as a group therapist at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Hôpital Psychiatrique de la Croix (Psychiatric Hospital of the Cross), Lebanon. She also worked as a Psychotherapist at various private clinics in Lebanon and Africa, before coming to the UAE.Ltaif specializes in treating adults and children that present symptoms associated with a wide range of mental health concerns and utilizes an integrative clinical approach tailored to the patient’s needs.In addition to therapeutic work, she carried out individual psychometric assessments to identify patterns of cognitive strengths and weaknesses in patients with acquired brain injuries and various other conditions.
