Dr. Adel Salama Wassef has more than 30 years of expertise treating patients with cardiac conditions. Dr. Adel earned his MBBCH from Cairo University in Egypt in 1983 before earning his MD in Cardiology from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, in 1991. Dr. Adel's previous position held from 1993 to 2020 at the Ministry of Health's Ibrahim Bin Hamad Obaidullah Hospital and Saif Hospital in RAK, UAE, was Head of the Cardiology and Coronary Care Unit Department. From 2008 until 2020, he also served as a professor of internal medicine at the RAK Medical and Health Science University (RAKMHSU).
