Important Documents Needed to Apply for an Indian Medical Visa from Ethiopia

Print out the entire completed online visa application form.
The application should include a recent photo of the applicant.

Ethiopians can apply online for an Indian medical visa.

Go to Indian Visa Online and click on Regular Visa Application.
Fill up the important credentials: your country’s name, high commission, date of birth, nationality, e-mail id, expected date of arrival in India, and visa type. Enter the access code and click Continue.
The form is three pages long in total. Complete each page of the form with your accurate information. After you have completed filling out each page, click Save and Continue at the bottom.
Include information about your family's address and your profession or line of work.
Include details in your medical visa application regarding the hospital in your country and the pertinent hospital in India, the duration of the treatment, the number of entries, the reason for the visit, the anticipated date of travel, the anticipated arrival time, and other details.
Provide Healthtrip office address and patient relations contact information for medical treatment in India.
After taking a printout of the completed application form, you can upload or paste your picture. The Upload Photo button can be used to upload a recent photo to the online form.
On the third page, after you click Save and Continue, a preview with all of your information will show up.
Examine them in detail. In the event that there is a mistake, click Modify/Edit.
To complete registration, follow the instructions that appear in the new window and click OK. Click Cancel to change the details.
After you click OK, a window where you can select the appointment date to submit your application at the mission counter will appear.

To print a copy of your completed application, click Print Registered Application.
If you haven't already pasted your photo in the photo box on the first page of the online application. The image must be exactly the same dimensions as the box (2 inches by 2 inches).
Sign the square box that is located directly beneath the photo box. Repeat the process in the box at the bottom of page two.
In the end, turn in your completed application and the necessary paperwork to the Mission Counter between the hours of 0900 and 1200 on the date specified in the right margin of the form.
